Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the basis on which LAS Drones provides services. By engaging us you agree to these terms. Queensland law applies.
Scope of services
We will provide the services described in our quote or proposal. Changes to scope must be agreed in writing. If conditions on site differ from the information provided, we may propose a variation.Scheduling and access
We schedule works in consultation with you and relevant stakeholders. You will provide safe access, site inductions, permits and any necessary approvals. If weather, airspace or safety prevents flight, we will reschedule as soon as practical.Safety and compliance
We operate under CASA requirements and our internal procedures. We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or unlawful. You agree to cooperate with reasonable safety directions.Deliverables and acceptance
We will deliver agreed outputs in specified formats and coordinate systems. Unless you notify us of issues within ten business days of delivery, the deliverables will be deemed accepted.Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted. Additional work or variations will be charged at agreed rates. Invoices are payable within fourteen days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.Intellectual property
We retain ownership of methods, templates and underlying know how. Upon full payment you receive a licence to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes and for the project for which they were commissioned. Third party sharing is permitted for that project only.Confidentiality
Each party must keep confidential the other party’s non public information, including project data, except where disclosure is required by law or consent is given.Data handling and privacy
We will handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to provide any data you supply for processing and delivery.Liability and warranties
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupply of the services or the cost of resupply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or delays caused by factors outside our control.Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, airspace restrictions, emergencies or third party actions.Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within fourteen days of notice. You must pay for work performed and committed costs up to the termination date.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.General
If any part of these terms is invalid, the remainder continues in effect. A waiver must be in writing. These terms, together with our quote or proposal, form the entire agreement.
